Strathearn and Perthshire

The working area already set out on the site is Crieff, Strathearn and the wider Perthshire area. Brock Contracts has been in business for over 15 years and takes work as principal contractor or sub-contractor.

Auchterarder

Two jobs are recorded in Auchterarder. Renovation Auchterarder is a family home finished throughout with bespoke joinery, a handmade kitchen and a fitted utility, boot room and bathrooms. The scope line on that project is new build — joinery, kitchen, utility, bathrooms and internal finishing. Garage Auchterarder is a new garage under construction in Perthshire. It is in progress: wrapped externally and lined out internally, not a finished project.

Dunkeld

New Build Dunkeld is a ground-up new build in Perthshire. Brock Contracts carried out the joinery and building works through to completion: a full new build family home, taken from foundations through to finished joinery.

Bridge of Allan

The work in Bridge of Allan was flooring. The firm is not based there. Flooring in Bridge of Allan is engineered hardwood fitted through the hallway, a bay windowed room and the kitchen of a house in Bridge of Allan. Brock Contracts remains based at Holly Place in Crieff.

Perth, Comrie, Muthill and Blackford
